Chrome and metallic finishes are back — and more modern than eve

Once seen as a hallmark of “2000s office style,” they’ve returned looking calm, refined, and elegant. Today’s metallics are often matte or semi-gloss, with none of that cheap “mirror shine.” Where they work best: • Lighting. Geometric shapes, mirrored shades that reflect light — no longer just a chandelier, but a statement piece. • Tables and chairs.
